Synthetic polycrystalline diamond compact(PDC) is composed polycrystalline diamond layer and cemented carbide substrate. It is a kind of super-abrasive product sintered under super-high pressure and at high temperature. With excellent wear-ability, this very hard product has impact toughness.

PDC Mainly used for making drilling bits for coalmine drilling, geological drilling bits and petroleum drilling. We can cut the PDC cutters to different shapes as your requirements, just like, the square shape, half-moon shape, fan shapped, etc.
